TalentConnect is founded under Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) in UAE by a senior HR professional who worked at leadership level for over two decades in UAE, KSA & Oman with well-known Construction & Trading Companies. 

In addition to management of large & diverse Talent Acquisition teams, during his employment journey he carried out large recruitment campaigns and acted as recruiter to timely staff critical roles for landmark projects in the Middle East Region.
